By using Flylite, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Flylite is
Flylite is a flight-deals discovery tool. We surface flight prices and booking links sourced from third-party data providers, and send optional email alerts based on filters you choose. Flylite is not a travel agency, airline, or booking provider — we don't sell tickets, process payments, or issue tickets. Every booking happens on the third-party site you're sent to, under that site's own terms.
Prices and availability
Prices, availability, and destination details shown on Flylite are estimates pulled from third-party APIs at the time of your search, and can change — sometimes within minutes — before you complete a booking elsewhere. We make no guarantee that a price shown on Flylite will match the price you're offered when you book. Always check the final price and terms on the booking site before paying.
Affiliate links
Some booking links on Flylite may be affiliate links — if you book through one, we may earn a commission from the booking site at no extra cost to you. This never affects which flights are shown or their order; results are always sorted by price.
Email alerts
Alerts are sent based on the filters you set at signup or last updated. We require confirmation of your email address before sending any alerts, and every alert includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Scrape, systematically harvest, or automate requests against Flylite beyond normal personal use.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Sign up an email address that isn't yours (it won't work anyway — see confirmation above).
No warranty
Flylite is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific deal will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flylite is not liable for losses arising from your use of third-party booking sites, price discrepancies, missed flights, or service interruptions. Our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us — which, since Flylite is currently free to use, is £0.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
